New Florida Motorcycle License Plate

You will begin to see a new motorcycle license plate around Florida. Effective January 1, 2007, all riders under 21 will need to display the new plate. This will help law enforcement identify riders under 21 who are required to wear a helmet under Florida law. Riders under 21 must also pass a Motorcycle Safety Course prior to receiving their motorcycle endorsement.
