More Changes To Florida Motorcycle Laws

Did you know in less than a year, there will be two important changes to the Florida Statutes that will involve motorcycle riders? These new changes will take effect July 01, 2008:
- All applicants for a motorcycle endorsement must show proof of completion of the motorcycle safety course
- A motorcycle, motor driven cycle or moped registration may not be issued unless the registrant has a motorcycle endorsement on their driver license
After all, it is not required of all applicants wishing to drive a four wheeled vehicle to complete a driving safety course.
Is this discrimination? Is the government once again invading on our right to choose? What do you think? Share your opinion in the CurvesAhead.net poll…
